Every service we deliver is governed by the LayerOne Master Services Agreement. To take up a service you sign a short Schedule of Services — the commercial schedule covering your sites, capacity, term and price — which incorporates the terms summarised below.

This page is a plain-language overview of the primary clauses of the Master Services Agreement for convenience only. The signed agreement prevails in the event of any conflict.
